Grand Krust’s raw peeled argentine shrimp tails come from the Pleoticus muelleri species, caught in the southwest Atlantic (FAO 41), off the coast of Argentina. After trawling, the product is carefully processed to be peeled, deveined, and frozen, preserving all its qualities.
Each package contains between 11 and 32 tails, depending on the size (180 g or 200 g), selected by uniform size. This classification allows for uniform cooking and careful presentation in main dishes, tapas, or gourmet recipes.
