WHERE DO OUR SCARLET SHRIMPS COME FROM?
Our Head On Shell On scarlet shrimps are captured on the Channel Coast of Mozambique, near Madagascar. This area is renowned for its biodiversity-rich waters and for being the natural habitat of the highest quality carabineros.
SIZE OF THE SCARLET SHRIMPS
Our carabineros are distinguished not only by their unmatched flavor, but also by their impressive size, represented by sizes 0 to L5. These sizes ensure a scarlet shrimp with a noticeable presence, perfect for dishes that seek to impact visually and tastefully.
KNOW ITS WEIGHT
Our scarlet shrimp is up for auction, available in our factories in Huelva. It is frozen on board, sometimes in masters of approximately 6×2 kg, other times in 10×1 kg. It always depends on the boat and the sizes can be from No. 0 to L5 or more.
